Portabella Mushrooms With Smoked Gouda Cheese
Lime Cucumber Salsa
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 3 cups white sugar, divided
- 3 cups milk
- 2 boil in bag Success Rice
- 1 lb. Polish sausage or smoked Kielbasa
- 1 can 6 oz chopped tomatoes, reserve liquid
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. sliced green peppers
- 1/4 c. soy sauce (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- Prepare rice according to the package. drain throughly.
- Set aside.
- While rice is cooking, coat side and bottom of skillet with PAM. I prefer my
- electric Skillet.
- Add sausage, onion, green peppers and celeryin skillet and saute until
- vegetables are tender. add tomatoes and reserved liqid, garlic Powder, thyme
- and Cayenne . Gently fold in cooked rice and soy sauce.
- Serves 6-8
- Takes 15 minutes to prepare.
- 1 can Niblets corn (drain can)
- 1 can Campbell
1 Large and 1 med. can B&M Baked Beans
1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
