Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts (diced)
  • 16 oz sour cream or less
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 2 Cups Mixed Vegetables (Frozen)
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook Chicken
  2. Prepare stuffing mix
  3. Combine sour cream, soup, chicken, 1 cup cheese, and vegetables in a bowl
  4. Pour into greased 9x13 pan
  5. Cover Pan with stuffing, then top with cheese
  6. Bake 35min at 350*
