Ingredients:

    4 (12 TO 14 OZ.) BUNCHES OF SPINACH -COARSE STEMS DISCARDED
    1 TABLESPOON BUTTER UNSALTED
    1 TABLESPOON ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    3/4 TEASPOON HOT SAUCE- TABASCO STYLE
    1/4 TEASPOON FRESHLY GRATED NUTMEG
    3/4 TEASPOON SALT
